Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
1 Tbsp. shortening
2 tsp. powdered cumin
4 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. salt
3 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. chili powder
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
-
Brown meat.
Drain.
Add garlic and onion.
Brown lightly. Add water and cook 15 minutes, covered.
Mix cumin, salt, flour, pepper and chili powder.
Mix in cooked meat.
Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
