Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium size sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla flavor
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sweet milk
2 pinches soda
1 pie crust plate
1 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes.
Blend all ingredients together and beat for about 2 minutes, until potatoes are creamy.
Pour into pie crust and cook at 400\u00b0 until medium brown, approximately 45 minutes.
