Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1 c. oil
    7 or 8 small apples, peeled and cored
    cinnamon-sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
    Cut apples into small pieces.
    Put a layer of apples and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, then a layer of batter, then apples, cinnamon-sugar, batter, then more apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Check with toothpick or cake tester after 1 hour and 15 minutes.
