Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken wings
    2 pkg. dry Italian salad mix
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. hot sauce (start with 1 Tbsp. and add according to taste)
Preparation
    Fry wings or bake on cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, then check for doneness.
    Mix dry salad mix, melted margarine, lemon juice and hot sauce.
    Pour mixture over cooked wings.
    Spread wings on cookie sheet in single layer.
    Bake 10 to 20 minutes until lightly brown and crisp.
