Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. banana puree (bananas must be real ripe, almost black)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. vegetable shortening
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and add to cream mixture.
Add bananas by hand.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
