Cheese And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked, chopped and drained
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
dash of pepper
Preparation

In a heavy bottom 2-quart saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Add milk and cubed cream cheese, stirring over medium heat until the cream cheese has melted.
Stir in cubed processed cheese, cooked and drained broccoli and seasonings.
Heat through gently.
Makes 5 cups soup.
