Zucchini And Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes or 1 qt. home canned
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 tsp. freshly grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Microwave 18 minutes, stirring periodically the first 7 ingredients or simmer 10 minutes or until done, then add remaining ingredients and microwave 1 1/2 minutes or simmer 2 to 3 minutes longer.
    Serves 4.
