Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. plain cornmeal
1 c. plain flour
1 can cream-style corn
4 eggs
3 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
4 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 lb. diced, cooked and drained bacon
Preparation

Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time. Beat well.
Add other ingredients.
Beat well. Pour into greased muffin pan, 1/2 full each.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until just golden brown.
Makes 2 dozen.
