Barbecue Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt
    beef brisket
    1 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Rub into brisket nutmeg, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Wrap tightly in foil.
    Bake for 2 to 3 hours.
    Drain off stock.
    Cool meat, then slice across grain, very thin.
    Arrange meat in casserole dish.
    Mix and pour over sliced meat the catsup, vinegar, water, sauce, brown sugar and liquid smoke.
    Return to oven and reheat for 45 minutes, uncovered.
