Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. warm water
    4 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons water.
    Combine all remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
    Batter will keep several days in refrigerator.
