Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. All-Bran cereal
2 c. boiling water
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
4 c. 40% bran flakes
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add the first 2 ingredients and let cool.
Beat the next 3 together.
Add all the rest together and then put in the All-Bran mixture last.
Add raisins, dates and nuts.
Spray muffin tins with Pam and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
