Chocolate Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 gallon of milk
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can chocolate syrup
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil 1 qt. of milk.
    Set aside.
    Mix flour, salt and 1/2 c. sugar with enough milk to make a paste.
    Beat eggs and add to mixture and add to boiled milk.
    Run through strainer.
    Pour into a 4 qt. freezer.
    Add sugar, syrup and remaining milk.
    Add vanilla and freeze.
