Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 c. tomato sauce
    4 peppers, remove tops and seeds
Preparation
    Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Cook rice. Brown meat and onions; drain fat.
    Add tomato sauce; cook for 5 minutes.
    Stir in rice.
    Stuff peppers with mixture.
    Place in a shallow pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
