Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix until smooth. Bake on both sides until browned in small greased skillet. Batter is thin. Pour just a little in skillet and tilt until it covers the bottom. Grease or oil again for next crepe.
