Nankipoo Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 c. jalapeno pepper, chopped (deseed for milder) *
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. spicy Mrs. Dash
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook over
    medium heat until comes to a boil.
    Place in warm, clean jars (pint).
    Process in water (boil) 40 minutes.
