Quick Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 c. each broccoli florets, red pepper strips and carrot slices or other vegetables
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet over high heat.
    Cut chicken into strips. Add to skillet with garlic; stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Add vegetables; stir-fry an additional 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium.
    Stir in Miracle Whip, soy sauce and ginger. Simmer 1 minute.
    Serve over rice. Serves 4.
