Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef consomme soup
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans French onion soup
1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 boiled chicken, deboned
3 c. rice
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can water
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish. Place covered in oven and bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove cover and stir well.
Continue baking uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until pepper is soft.
