Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn oil
3 1/2 c. buttermilk (or use 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice to 2 1/2 c. sweet milk)
1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation

Mix together and sift the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar.
Then add corn oil, buttermilk and dry yeast dissolved in warm water.
Mix thoroughly all ingredients.
Store in refrigerator in a tightly closed container.
Dip out as needed. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Mixture should be stored at least 1 day before using.
