Ingredients

1 pkg. brewer's yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. warm water
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Pour yeast and sugar into warm water.
Let stand until bubbles up.
Mix yeast mixture in with flour, salt and olive oil.
Knead dough.
After kneading, form into ball.
Place in bowl and let rise.
Should take 45 minutes.
