Waldorf Astoria Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. red food coloring
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and food coloring.
    Combine cake flour and cocoa. Dissolve soda in vinegar; add to buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
