One-Pan Chicken Pasta Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil
    boneless, skinless chicken, cut into chunks
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, smashed
    pasta of choice (we use no-yolk egg noodles or vegie twirls)
    fresh, thinly sliced broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
Preparation
    Saute chicken, garlic and onions in small amount of vegetable oil until onions are clear.
    Add pasta and veggies.
    Add approximately 3 cups of hot water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until pasta is done.
    Salt to taste.
