Miniature Date Fruitcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. date bread mix
    1 egg (if mix calls for it)
    1 1/2 c. chopped, candied fruit
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    white corn syrup
    red and green candied cherries (for garnish)
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, prepare mix per instructions on package.
    Add candied fruit, pecans and raisins.
    Mix.
    Spoon into 24 paper-lined cups (muffin small).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Glaze with warm corn syrup and garnish with candied cherries.
