Tomato Juice Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Campbell's tomato juice
1 c. chopped celery, pureed in blender
1/2 c. chopped onion, pureed in blender
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Combine tomato juice, celery, and onion.
Stir often.
Heat gently for 30 minutes.
Add lemon juice, sugar, salt, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
Simmer 10 minutes. This can be served hot or chilled.
Makes 5 pints.
