Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted margarine
1 c. milk
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Combine egg, margarine, milk and lemon rind in bowl.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir until combined.
Spoon batter into prepared 2 1/2-inch muffin pans.
Bake 20 to 22 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
