Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. white or yellow corn meal
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk (put a little vinegar in the milk)
    2/3 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Grease 12-cup muffin tin.
    In a medium bowl, use a fork to stir in together corn meal, flour, both sugars, baking soda and salt.
    In a small bowl, beat egg slightly with buttermilk and corn oil.
    Join both mixtures and stir until moistened.
    Spoon into prepared muffin tins.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
    Remove from pan and cool before serving.
