No-Rise Yeast Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
3/4 c. shortening
4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Mix dry ingredients and add half of yeast and water.
Beat with mixer.
Add egg and shortening and beat.
Add remaining dry ingredients.
Spoon into muffin pan. Fill each cup 1/2 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes 24 rolls.
