Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 lb. stew meat, cubed
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. rosemary
2 onions, sliced
3 c. beef broth
2 tomatoes, quartered
4 carrots, cut-up
4 potatoes, quartered
Preparation

To 1/4 cup flour add salt, pepper and cayenne to create seasoned flour.
Dip
meat\tin seasoned flour and brown in oil in 12-inch Dutch oven.
Add rosemary and onions.
Pour in beef broth. Simmer
1\thour.
Add
more
water
as
needed to keep moist. Add vegetables and replenish coals before simmering 45 more minutes until vegetables are done.
