Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 fresh or canned tomatillos
    3 fresh or canned chiles, seeded
    3 medium avocados, peeled and pitted
    1 Tbsp. minced onion, salt and black pepper
    1/4 c. minced cilantro
    1 tsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Cook fresh tomatillos, if using them.
    Combine tomatillos and chiles in blender or food processor until smooth.
    Smash avocados with a fork.
    Stir in tomatillos mixture and onion.
    Stir in cilantro and lime juice.
