Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) bag Southern Style hash browns
    2 large carrots, cut up
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 onion, chopped
    5 c. water
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add last 3 ingredients.
    Simmer until butter melts. Serve with cornbread, crumbled bacon, and/or Cheddar cheese, if desired.
