Dark Hazelnut Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. coarsely chopped hazelnuts (filberts)
    1 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
    3/4 c. milk chocolate pieces
    1/4 c. finely chopped hazelnuts (filberts)
Preparation
    Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan.
    Sprinkle the 3/4 cup hazelnuts on the bottom of the foil-lined pan. Set pan aside.
