Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. small green grapes
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
    1 c. toasted slivered almonds or pecans
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; let stand while combining remaining ingredients, or may refrigerate first mixture overnight. Gently toss both mixtures together.
    Yield: 12 servings.
