Bob'S Beer Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans beer
1/2 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. spicy mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together; use as a marinade.
Marinate; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove ribs from marinade; reserve marinade.
Use as a basting sauce for the spareribs while they cook.
Makes 6 servings.
