Health Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 lb. small curd low-fat cottage cheese
3 c. Special K cereal
1/2 c. low-fat margarine, melted
1/2 c. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tsp. protein powder
1/4 c. wheat germ
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.
Spoon into lightly greased casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
