Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. water
1 c. flour
Preparation

Place butter and water in pan.
Let come to a boil.
Pour flour in all at once.
Remove from heat.
Add one egg at a time, smoothing after each egg.
Grease a baking sheet; wipe off excess grease.
Drop cooled batter on pan.
Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool on rack.
Cut off tops and fill with favorite pudding; replace tops.
Dust with powdered sugar.
