Wock'S Favorite Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 c. salad oil (I use Mazola)
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts and raisins
1 tsp. soda
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Add apples, raisins and coconut. Stir thoroughly.
Add soda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in flour until batter is very stiff. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
