Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 large can creamed corn
    1 large onion, chopped
    3/4 c. oil
    2 to 2 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 Tbsp. (rounded) chopped green chilies
    6 slices cheese
Preparation
    Mix eggs, corn, oil, onion, chilies and corn meal.
    Add enough water to make the batter thin enough to spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan that has been greased and floured.
    Pour 1/2 of the batter in the pan and then place the 6 slices of cheese on the batter.
    Pour the remaining mixture to cover the cheese completely.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
