Cauliflower Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    2 eggs, beaten or 1/2 c. egg whites
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped canned pimento
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash pepper
    2 (9 oz.) pkg frozen cauliflower, thawed
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Place in 10x6x1-1/2 inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
    Serves 6 to 8.
