Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 box Oven Fry for pork
    1 jar jalapenos
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mesh first 3 ingredients together.
    Roll into oblong ball size of egg.
    Crease down center and insert jalapenos.
    Close together. Roll these in eggs and then in Shake 'n Bake or Oven Fry.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
