Sausage Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Comet rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Form the sausage into cakes.
    Brown on both sides in a hot skillet, but do not cook done.
    Remove and place in a casserole. Add all the other ingredients.
    Cover and bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until the rice is tender.
    Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
