Date Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 c. dates, chopped

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, flour and vanilla.
Stir 1 teaspoon flour into dates and mix well.
Bake in tiny muffin tins in 350\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes.
