Cauliflower And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. potato chunks
    2 c. cauliflowerets
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    3 medium cloves garlic
    1 onion, chopped
    4 c. water and meat stock
    4 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. each: dill and dry mustard
Preparation
    Heat the soup slowly as you whisk in these ingredients.
    Saute in butter 1 1/2 cups more cauliflower and add to soup.
    Serve with chopped scallions or more cheese.
