Microwave Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    2 c. pecan halves
    2 Tbsp. margarine, at room temperature
Preparation
    Mix cream and brown sugar in a 4-quart bowl.
    Microwave on High (100% power) for 13 minutes.
    (Stirring is not necessary.) Candy thermometer should reach 236\u00b0 for soft ball.
    Quickly add pecans and margarine, stirring to mix.
    Drop candy by teaspoons onto a sheet of foil.
    Yield: About 40 pralines.
