Oven-Steamed Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw converted white rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine rice, salt and pepper in 1 1/2-quart ungreased casserole.
    Dot top with butter.
    Pour boiling water over rice mixture and stir in butter.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes.
    (Don't peep - don't stir!)
