Transylvanian Grilled Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 to 4 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper
    thyme
    4 oz. beef broth
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients very well until it looks like a paste. Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours.
    Roll into meatballs or approximately 4-inch rolls and cook on hot grill on all sides.
    Serve hot with mustard and other side dishes.
