Sherried Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. sherry (can use water)
    paprika
    hot cooked rice
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place chicken in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Add soup, mushrooms, cheese and sherry.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until tender.
    Remove chicken to rice covered platter; keep warm.
    Stir sour cream into sauce.
    Serve over chicken and rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
