Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes (about 9 large)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender and drain. Mash until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients until light and fluffy.
    Cool.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    They may be used anytime within 2 weeks or freeze.
    To use, place desired amount in greased casserole dish.
    Dot with butter and bake covered in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 12.
