Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 medium or 3 small bananas
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients
    in
    large bowl.
    Add undrained pineapple.
    Mix only by
    hand.
    Add
    chopped
    bananas
    (I mash mine) and nuts.
    Mix again.
    Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour
    and
    5
    minutes.
    Let cool in pan for 1 hour before removing.
    Ice or glaze as desired.
