Pork Chop And Potato Skillet - cooking recipe

6 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
8 c. thin potato slices
1 1/2 c. onion slices
3 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Brown pork chops in skillet.
Combine potatoes, onion, flour and seasonings.
Toss lightly.
Place in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Put chops on top of mixture.
Add soup and milk to drippings in skillet.
Bring to boil over medium heat.
Pour over potatoes and pork chops.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours (1 hour covered, 1 1/4 hours uncovered).
