Chunky Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 8 boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery and tops
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce or more (if you like hot)
salt and pepper
1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1 small can black olives
Preparation

Mix well.
Serve on a bed of leafy lettuce.
Top with peaches or tomatoes.
