Brandy Velvet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brandy
1/4 c. strong cold coffee
1/4 c. chocolate syrup
1 qt. coffee ice cream
additional chocolate syrup for topping
Preparation

Combine brandy, coffee and 1/4 cup chocolate syrup.
Put in blender with ice cream and whirl until just blended.
Pour in tall glasses.
Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
Top with additional chocolate syrup.
If desired, turn mixture into pan and freeze.
